Guest Cancellation Policy In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to give me a minimum of 48-hour notice. This allows other guest to book an appointment during this time slot. Any appointments that are cancelled within less than 48-hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of ALL scheduled services. Any appointments that are scheduled and are no showed will be charged in FULL for ALL scheduled services and will no longer be able to pre-book their appointment. Grace & Exemptions I understand that accidents happen, people get sick and/or emergencies occur. I will do my best to accommodate these rare occasions with grace. Unfortunately I do record these occurrences so as to prevent abuse of policy. I understand this may come across as shrewd and my goal is to be preventative in order to protect and accommodate my guest and myself. Thank you for your understanding.
